Investigating the role of encouragement in academic progress in the primary level of Naseh non-profit primary school

Abstract
The present research is about the state of encouragement in the girls' schools of Naseh, Dargaz, in the city of Stan.

The statistical population of Naseh girl students in Dergz city. From the total of 60 elementary school students, 20 students were randomly selected as a statistical sample. The data analysis methods were used using tables and graphs. The results of the research showed:

- Encouragement is effective in the academic progress of students, according to the answers given, 83.33 people agree with this theory.- Encouraging parents has been effective in the progress of students, and according to the answers given, 90% agreed that parents can play a role in academic progress by encouraging their children.

- Encouragement has not been effective in students' learning ability, according to the answers, they did not agree with this theory and 100% disagreed that encouragement can play a role in the learning process.
