Abstract
The topic of mental health is a topic that many researches are written about. Also, regarding the topic of healthy lifestyle and examining relationships and their effects on each other, there is a lot of thought. Researchers in the field of psychology have always exposed their scientific and research studies in this regard to the audience of this field. Today, mental health problems in the world account for a huge share of the total disease burden and cause a destructive decline in health, functioning and productivity of humans. The evaluations carried out in connection with the burden and financial and human costs related to mental disorders have shown that every year billions of dollars in financial losses occur due to the loss of short-term and long-term efficiency of these patients and their caregivers. This cost includes treatment costs, loss of working hours and reduction of manpower. In this article, it has been tried to expand this issue more and more precisely.

The research method was in the form of library and survey and using theoretical and theoretical resources about mental health and healthy lifestyle. The research findings show that the discussed factors have a deep and unavoidable relationship with each other and have a meaningful relationship. There is between research data.
