Abstract
Manifestations of behavioral disturbances in children, especially in situations such as exams, drawing, playing, speaking in groups, and staying at school, can be observed and evaluated. Recently, I encountered such a situation with one of my students named (Zahra) in the current academic year. She experienced anxiety, particularly when speaking in a group, especially when answering questions. Overall, she was restless and unable to engage in classroom activities.

This prompted me to address this issue and make efforts to alleviate it as much as possible. Upon investigation, I found that one of the main causes of the student's anxiety was dependency on family, especially parents, concerns about not achieving satisfactory grades in class and school, and fear of family reprimands. These factors intensified Zahra's anxiety. By establishing communication with the student's family, creating a calm atmosphere at home, improving parent-child relationships, understanding anxiety-inducing situations, striving to eliminate them, fostering a close relationship with my student, engaging in friendly conversations, seeking assistance from experienced counselors, I endeavored to reduce her anxiety and fear, and help her achieve a desired level of calmness.

From a psychiatric perspective, anxiety can be defined as discomfort, fear, or a sense of imminent danger whose source is not readily identifiable.
