The relationship between professional ethics and organizational commitment of teachers with the responsibility of students in the second secondary schools of Khorram Abad city

Abstract
this research is applied research and in terms of the nature and method of research, it is descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of the current research includes all secondary school female students of district 2 of Khorram Abad city and the teachers of these schools, according to the statistics of the Department of Education and Culture of Lorestan province, the number of female students at the time of the research is 2320. Also, the number of secondary school girls' teachers in district 2 of Khorram Abad city at the time of research is 548 who are working in 35 schools. In this research, the sample size has been determined using the Karjesi and Morgan table. Based on this, a sample size of 225 people was selected for the community of teachers and 331 people were selected as a sample for the community of students. The sampling method in this research was done as a simple random method.. The results of this research show that if the Khorram Abad Department of Education wants to improve the responsibility of the students of the second secondary schools of Khorram Abad, it should pay attention to the professional ethics and organizational commitment of the teachers,because the professional ethics and organizational commitment of teachers are among the factors that affect the responsibility of students.
