Abstract
The social skills of school principals can play a very important role in the mental health of students, especially in secondary schools, which is a sensitive period of students' lives. School administrators with communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills can create a normal and supportive environment for students and help improve their social relationships and mental health. With regard to communication skills, administrators can establish a close relationship with students and give them a sense of trust and support, which can strengthen students' self-confidence and psychological well-being. Also, the ability of administrators to resolve conflict, manage stress and guide students in facing social problems can also help improve their mental health. In general, school principals who have strong social skills can act as role models for students and set them on the path to mental and social health. Therefore, the importance of social skills training for school administrators and its application in the educational environment is very impressive.
