Abstract
Today, teachers need to have skills in order to have an effective class, among them, we can mention the skills of educational psychology, which can control, direct and lead the students' behaviors according to the patterns and methods of psychology, hence familiar with the metaphor of "behavior engineering". We can say that it refers to the role model of students and the role of the teacher as a model and moral model of the student is very important.

Teachers with skills such as effective communication, classroom management, timely encouragement and praise, classroom behavior management, classroom conflict resolution, discernment, motivation regulation, effective communication with parents, creating a dynamic learning environment, effective teaching ability and mastery of The teaching content can affect the student's behavior
