Abstract
The greatest and most important capital of any country is its human resources and the greatest

capital of every family is the children of that family, all of whom are taught by a teacher to sow

seeds of hope, politeness and wisdom in their existence, and it is clear that according to the rule of

"nothing is given, no one is given". He can cultivate those virtues in his students that he himself

had absorbed before. Undoubtedly, the position of the teacher is very important, but it seems that

the existence of an official line that the teacher should follow and provide and provide the

necessary training based on it is more important. Schools and thinkers have provided several

definitions of the concept of education, but in the fundamental transformation document, education

is "an interactive process that forms the basis for the formation and continuous improvement of

the identity of educators in an integrated manner and based on the Islamic standard system, in

order to guide them in the path of preparation for conscious and voluntary realization The stages

of good life in all dimensions" (Theoretical Foundations of the Foundational Transformation

Document, 1390: 129).
