Analyzing the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational voice and organizational silence in secondary schools of Kohdasht city

Abstract
he purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational voice and organizational silence in secondary schools of Kohdasht city. This research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research is all secondary school teachers of Kohdasht city, based on the statistics of the Department of Education and Training of Lorestan province, the number of secondary school teachers in Kohdasht city in the academic year of 1401-402 is equal to 500 people, including 297 male teachers and 203 female teachers. "Karjesi and Morgan" table was used to determine the sample size. In this research, the relative stratified sampling method was used to select teachers. In this research, three measurement tools were used, Bass and Auliou (1997) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Hames Organizational Voice Questionnaire (2012) and Religion Organizational Silence Questionnaire (2003). The reliability coefficient of all three questionnaires was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational voice (r=0.494). Also, there is an inverse and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational silence (r=-31). In addition, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership (ideal influence, mental persuasion, inspirational motivation, individual considerations) and organizational voice. The highest effect is related to the ideal influence.with a standardized coefficient of 0.483 and the lowest effect is related to mental persuasion with a standardized coefficient of 0.106. Finally, the results of the research indicated that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and organizational silence.
