Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between security-oriented leadership and the job performance of secondary school teachers in Borujerd city with the mediation of organizational trust. The current research is based on the purpose of applied research and based on the nature and method of descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population of this research includes all the teachers and principals of second secondary schools in Borujerd city, with the number of 700 teachers and 50 principals. In this research, 248 teachers and 44 administrators were selected as samples based on Morgan and Karjesi's table. Also, in the present research, in the first stage, the cluster probability sampling method was used to select school principals, and in the second stage, the simple random sampling method was used to select teachers. In this research, three measurement tools were used, Coombe's Security Leadership Questionnaire (2011), Patterson's Job Performance Questionnaire (1997) and McKnight and Chervani's Organizational Trust Questionnaire (2002). The reliability coefficient of all three questionnaires was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. At the level of descriptive statistics, mean, frequency percentage and standard deviation were used, and at the level of inferential statistics, according to the normality of data distribution, structural equation analysis and linear regression were used.
