This research is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection method. The statistical community of this research was formed by all male and female managers working in the management positions of education and training schools in Tabriz city, who are working in the academic year of 1402-1403. The sampling method was a simple random sampling and based on Cochran's formula, the statistical sample size was determined to be 146 people. In order to collect information, three questionnaires of cartoon participatory management (2010), social adjustment questionnaire of Bell 1961, emotional intelligence questionnaire of Bradbury and Graves (2004) were used. In order to analyze the collected research data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method was used to check the normality of the variables, which was reported as 0.844 for collaborative leadership, 0.820 for social compatibility, and 0.731 for emotional intelligence (p>0.05). Pearson's correlation test and simultaneous multiple regression were used to check the hypotheses. 27spss software was also used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that participatory leadership style has a direct and significant relationship with the level of social adaptation and emotional intelligence, and in other words, with the increase in the score of participatory leadership style, emotional intelligence and social adaptation increase.
