Investigating the relationship between teachers' mental health and the quality of education in elementary schools

Abstract
Today, the quality of education and educational programs has high value and importance, and academic progress as one of the quality indicators is influenced by the characteristics of the learner and the teacher and factors related to the educational system, such as the educational content environment, the teacher's teaching method, and so on. Among the effective factors, the teacher's mental health is of particular importance. This research was carried out in a descriptive and library-type way with the aim of investigating the relationship between teachers' mental health and the quality of education in primary schools.The findings indicate that teachers' mental health, as one of the most important factors in the quality of education, plays a decisive role in the teaching and learning process.
