Abstract
This study investigated the relationship between communication skills training and its effect on mental health and stress reduction in students. In today's world, communication skills are recognized as one of the key factors in improving the quality of life and mental health. Given the increase in psychological pressures and stresses caused by educational environments, training these skills can help students to more effectively face their daily challenges and problems. This study was conducted using a statistical sample of 324 students from different educational levels. Data were collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results showed that communication skills training has a significant positive effect on students' mental health and also leads to a reduction in their stress levels. The findings indicate that students who have learned communication skills are more able to manage emotions and communicate effectively with others, which helps improve mental health and reduce stress. This research can be used as a basis for designing educational programs in schools, and it is recommended that administrators and teachers pay more attention to teaching communication skills as an effective tool in promoting mental health and reducing stress in students. Finally, it is suggested that more research be conducted in this field to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of communication skills on mental health and stress in students.
