Abstract
Academic motivation is a key factor in student success. However, many secondary school students experience a decline in motivation, which can negatively affect their academic performance and mental health. Using scientific sources and personal experiences, methods such as goal setting, encouragement, a positive learning environment, and the role of teachers and families are discussed.
