According to the studies, there are different ways to reduce the stress of the exam in the elementary school. Some of these solutions include the following: Proper preparation: creating a regular study schedule and time management in order to prepare for exams. Breathing exercises and techniques: Teaching breathing techniques and relaxation exercises to control stress and anxiety. Family and teacher support: Direct communication with family and teachers for support and guidance on stress management. Recreational activities: sports or artistic activities to reduce pressure and stress. Creating a positive educational environment: creating a friendly and supportive environment. Today, students play an important role in the future administration of the country and they will be the main managers in the future administration of the country and the leaders of other sections of the society. The future of the country is directly related. The elementary period is a tense and very important period in life, because not only the body but also the mental power undergoes a fundamental transformation during this sensitive period of life, and adapting to such fundamental changes puts pressure on the mental body. In addition to this, the primary period is the age of growth crisis and in this period, the increase of all kinds of stress and vulnerability to mental, social, and sports pressure is accompanied by a decrease in coping skills, so that too much stress severely affects the quality of life of students. It affects and causes a sharp drop in the quality of life of students.
