تاثیر معنادرمانی در کاهش ابعاد اضطراب و افسردگی دختران مقطع دبیرستان

چکیده
مشکلات عاطفی دختران در دوران نوجوانی همراه با تغییرات روحی و بدنی که در نوجوانی رخ می دهد به اوج خود می رسد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر معنا درمانی در کاهش مشکلات عاطفی دختران مقطع دبیرستان شهر سیرجان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام دختران مقطع دبیرستان شهر یزد بودند. نمونه آماری 30 دانش آموز که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند، و در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند. داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه افسردگی، اضطراب جمع آوری شد. داده ها به وسیله روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند، و نتایج نشان داد معنا درمانی در کاهش افسردگی دختران مقطع دبیرستان شهر سیرجان تاثیر دارد(05/0>P). معنا درمانی در کاهش افسردگی دختران مقطع دبیرستان شهر سیرجان تاثیر دارد. معنا درمانی در کاهش اضطراب دختران مقطع دبیرستان شهر سیرجان تاثیر دارد(05/0>P).

چکیده English

Emotional problems of girls during adolescence reach their peak along with mental and physical changes that occur in adolescence. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of meaning therapy in reducing the emotional problems of high school girls in Sirjan city. The current study was a quasi-experimental type. The statistical population included all high school girls in Yazd city. A statistical sample of 30 students who were selected by random cluster sampling method, and were trained in 8 sessions of 60 minutes. Data was collected by depression and anxiety questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the statistical method of analysis of covariance, and the results showed that meaning therapy has an effect in reducing depression in high school girls of Sirjan city (P<0.05). Meaning therapy is effective in reducing depression in high school girls of Sirjan city. Meaning therapy is effective in reducing the anxiety of high school girls in Sirjan city (P<0.05).
