چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مدل یابی رابطه رضایت شغلی با تاب‌آوری و شادکامی آموزگاران شهر قم با نقش واسطه‌ای فرسودگی شغلی و بهره‌وری سازمانی است . این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی، علّی است. جامعه آمارى پژوهش شامل معلمان مدارس دوره ابتدایی است ،که در سال تحصیلی ١٤٠٠-١٣٩٩ در مدارس سطح شهر قم اشتغال به تدریس دارند. جامعه آمارى شامل تعداد ٥٨٥ نفر (٢٨٠ مرد و ٣٠٥ زن) است. از این تعداد 234 نفر 112 نفر مرد و 122 زن به‌عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب‌شده‌اند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های شادکامی آکسفورد، مقیاس تاب‌آوری کانر-دیوید سون، رضایت شغلی مینه‌سوتا و فرسودگی شغلی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده مدل معادلات ساختارى مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که بین متغیرهاى تاب‌آوری و شادکامی با رضایت شغلی از طریق فرسودگی شغلی رابطه مستقیمی وجود دارد. به‌طوری‌که فرسودگی شغلی با تاب‌آوری به‌صورت مستقیم با ضریب مسیر (0.195-) فرسودگی شغلی با شادکامی (0.241)، رضایت شغلی با تاب‌آوری (1.6)، رضایت شغلی با شادکامی (0.147) و رضایت شغلی با فرسودگی شغلی (0.172)، به‌صورت مستقیم رابطه معنادارى دارند؛ همچنین بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌گردد 1: جهت افزایش شادکامی، مؤلفه‌های رضایت شغلی اعم از مادی و معنوی برای معلمان عزیز فراهم گردد 2: رضایت شغلی از عوامل بسیار مهم درافزایش کار آیی و ایجاد انگیزش و همچنین نگرش مثبت در فرد نسبت به کارش است؛ لذا ارتقاء روحیه و افزایش رضایت شغلی از موضوعات مهمی است که متصدیان آموزش‌وپرورش باید نسبت به آن توجه بیشترى نمایند و با به‌کارگیری شیوه‌ها و راهکارهاى مناسب به آن اهتمام ورزند 3: متصدیان و مسئولان آموزش‌وپرورش، اعم از مدیران استراتژیک و میانی و اجرایی سعی کنند تا با ایجاد و گسترش جوسازمانی مثبت، شادکامی معلمان و رضایت شغلی افزایش دهند.

چکیده English

The purpose of the current research is to model the relationship between job satisfaction and resilience and happiness of teachers in Qom city with the mediating role of job burnout and organizational productivity. This research is correlational and causal. The statistical population of the research includes primary school teachers, who are teaching in the schools of Qom city in the academic year of 1399-1400. The statistical population includes 585 people (280 men and 305 women). Out of these 234 people, 112 men and 122 women, were selected as samples using available sampling method and were tested using Oxford happiness questionnaires, Conner-Davidson resilience scale, Minnesota job satisfaction and job burnout. The data was analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of this research showed that there is a direct relationship between resilience and happiness variables with job satisfaction through job burnout. So that job burnout with resilience directly with the path coefficient (-0.195), job burnout with happiness (0.241), job satisfaction with resilience (1.06), job satisfaction with happiness (0.147) and job satisfaction with burnout job (0.172), directly have a significant relationship; Also, based on the findings of this research, it is suggested that 1: in order to increase happiness, the components of job satisfaction, both material and spiritual, should be provided for dear teachers. 2: Job satisfaction is one of the most important factors in increasing work efficiency and creating motivation, as well as a positive attitude in a person towards his work. Is; Therefore, improving morale and increasing job satisfaction is of the important issues that educational administrators should pay more attention to and pay attention to by applying appropriate methods and strategies. 3: Educational administrators and officials, including strategic, middle and executive managers, should try By creating and expanding a positive organizational climate, increase teachers' happiness and job satisfaction.
