چکیده
سلامت از دیدگاه سازمان جهانی بهداشت، عبارت است از برخورداری از آسایش کامل جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی و نه فقط نداشتن بیماری و نقص‌عضو از طرفی دوران کودکـی مهم‌ترین و حساس‌ترین دوران شکل‌گیری شخصیت هر فرد است و به علت نقش مهـم کـودکان در پایه و اسـاس جامعـه، نباید نسبت به دوران کودکـی شخص بی توجه بــود. امروزه مسئله اعتیاد به فضای مجازی به یکی از مسائل بزرگ جهانی تبدیل شده و گستره جهانی دارد. اعتیاد به فضای مجازی یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های جهان امروز، خانواده‌های زیادی را گرفتار خودکرده است. مقاله پیشرو منظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کیفی، بر اساس هدف در زمره پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از منظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها جزء تحقیقات توصیفی و از نظر رویکرد پژوهش؛ کیفی است. جامعه این پژوهش همه مقالات و کتاب و منابع در دسترس در خصوص سلامت جسمی در کودکان پیش‌دبستانی دارای اعتیاد به فضای مجازی موجود در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر بوده است. طبق پژوهش‌های انجام شده اعتیاد به فضای مجازی با اجتناب یا رهایی از استرس‌های روانی با مشکلات روان‌شناختی مانند هیجانات منفی، ناپایداری هیجانی، اضطراب، استرس مدام و پرخاشگری و کاهش سلامت روان ارتباط داشته است. حال باتوجه‌به اهمیت این موضوع و عوارض مطرح شده درباره اعتیاد کودکان و آسیب آن به‌سلامت کودک؛ در این مقاله سعی شده با دادن آگاهی و سواد درست در این رابطه و ارائه راهکارهایی مناسب و مفید، شاهد کاهش آسیب‌های روزافزون در این حیطه باشیم. امیدواریم مطالعه این مقاله برای دغدغه‌مندان این حوزه مثمرثمر واقع بشود

چکیده English

According to the World Health Organization, health is the enjoyment of full physical, mental and social comfort, and not just the absence of disease and mutilation, on the other hand, childhood is the most important and sensitive period of personality formation of each individual, and due to the important role of children in the foundation of society, one should not ignore one's childhood. Today, the issue of cyberspace addiction has become one of the major global issues and has a global scope. Addiction to cyberspace is one of the most important challenges in the world today, has plagued many families. The leading paper considers the nature of the data, qualitative, based on the purpose as applied research, and from the perspective of data collection, it is a descriptive research and qualitative in terms of research approach. The population of this study was all available articles, books and resources on physical health in preschool children with cyberspace addiction in valid scientific databases. According to research, cyberspace addiction with avoidance or relief from psychological stress has been associated with psychological problems such as negative emotions, emotional instability, anxiety, constant stress and aggression and decreased mental health. Considering the importance of this issue and the complications raised about children's addiction and its harm to the child's health, this article tries to reduce the increasing harm in this area by giving proper knowledge and literacy in this regard and providing appropriate and useful solutions. We hope that this article will be useful for those in this field.
