Educational organizations are among the most sensitive and key organizations due to assuming their key and dangerous roles. Undoubtedly, the most important element that can help these organizations to achieve their goals, bring them to their destination and guarantee the growth, progress and pride of the society, are educators. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality traits with conflict management and organizational silence, the statistical comprehensive of this research is all principals and assistants of schools as well as education workers of the third district of Isfahan, the sample size using Cochran's formula is equal to 248 people. was achieved The data collection tool included the organizational silence questionnaire, conflict management and personality traits. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the professors in a formal and reliable manner using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Sampling was done randomly. What was obtained in this study indicates that the relationship between personality traits and conflict management is positive and meaningful, and the presence of positive personality traits will improve conflict management, while the relationship between personality traits and organizational silence is negative and meaningful. With the improvement of individual personality traits, organizational silence will also decrease.
