بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهره وری آموزشی مدیران دبیرستان های منطقه 14 تهران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهره وری آموزشی مدیران دبیرستان های منطقه 14 تهران انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری آن عبارت است از تمام مدیران و معاونین دبیرستان های پسرانه منطقه 14 تهران به تعداد 155 نفر که از بین تعداد، 111 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه چهار بعدی میتال و همکاران (2011) با پایایی 901/0 و همچنین برای بهره وری از پرسشنامه عبدالهی و بازرگان (1392) با پایایی 865/0استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون در محیط spss استفاده شد. نتایج این آزمون نشان داد هر چهار بعد مدیریت کیفیت جامع ( بهبود مستمر= 793/0 ، کار تیمی = 801/0، آموزش کارکنان = 865/0 و ارتباطات = 623/0 ) با بهره وری آموزش دبیرستان ها همبستگی مثبت دارند. همچنین همبستگی کلی مدیریت کیفیت جامع با بهره وری آموزشی نیز برابر با 822/0 بود که نشان می دهد مدیریت کیفیت جامع می تواند بهره وری آموزشی دبیرستان ها را ارتقا دهد.

چکیده English

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of comprehensive quality management on the educational productivity of high school principals in the 14th district of Tehran. Its statistical population consists of all principals and vice-principals of boys' high schools in the 14th district of Tehran, totaling 155 people, of which 111 people were selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's formula. To collect data, the four-dimensional questionnaire of Mittal et al. (2011) with a reliability of 0.901 was used, and for productivity, the questionnaire of Abdulahi and Bazargan (2012) with a reliability of 0.865 was used. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation test was used in spss environment. The results of this test showed that all four dimensions of comprehensive quality management (continuous improvement = 0.793, teamwork = 0.801, employee training = 0.865, and communication = 0.623) have a positive correlation with the productivity of high school education. Also, the overall correlation of comprehensive quality management with educational productivity was equal to 0.822, which shows that comprehensive quality management can improve the educational productivity of high schools.
