چکیده
دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه در مقابل خطرات و هیجانات گوناگونی قرار دارند. هیجانات مهم ترین قسمت زندگی نوجوانان به حساب می آید که تنظیم آن می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در این امر داشته باشد. این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر خود بر تنظیم هیجان در دانش آموازن دوره دوم متوسطه انجام شد. جامعه آماری تمام دانش آموزان دبیرستان دوره دوم متوسطه بندرعباس بود. روش نمونه گیری در این پژوهش تصادفی خوشه ای بود که تعداد 30 نفر در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند و گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه درمانی شرکت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر خود بر تنظیم هیجان در دانش آموازن دوره دوم متوسطه تاثیر دارد. بنابراین از این روش درمانی می توان به تنظیم هیجان در دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه پرداخت.

چکیده English

Middle school students are faced with various dangers and excitements. Emotions are considered the most important part of teenagers' lives, and its regulation can have a significant impact on this matter. This research was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of self-compassion-based therapy on emotion regulation in second year high school students. The statistical population was all high school students of the second year of high school in Bandar Abbas. The sampling method in this study was a cluster randomization in which 30 people were divided into two experimental groups and a control group, and the experimental group participated in 8 therapy sessions. The results of the research showed that the effectiveness of self-compassion-based therapy has an effect on emotion regulation in second year high school students. Therefore, this treatment method can be used to regulate emotions in secondary school students.
