چکیده
یک سازمان برای آنکه بتواند نوآور باشد باید فرهنگی ایجاد کند که مشارکت در رفتار نوآورانه را تحریک نماید. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی و رابطه آن با سبک رهبری تحولگرا و اخلاق حرفهای معلمان مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بروجرد می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس متوسطه اول شهرستان بروجرد به تعداد 700 معلم در 35 مدرسه میباشد. در این تحقیق از سه ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامه فرهنگ نوآوری دابنی(2018)، پرسشنامه رهبری تحول گرا باس و آولیو (1997) و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه ای پتی (1995) استفاده شده است. ای آمار توصیفی به توصیف جامعه پرداخته شد و سپس با استفاده از تکنیکهای آمار استنباطی جهت بررسی فرضیههای اصلی و فرعی از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که بین فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی و ابعاد آن با سبک رهبری تحولگرا و اخلاق حرفه ای معلمان در مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بروجرد رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج این تحقیق بیان کننده‌ آن است که اگر اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان بروجرد میخواهد سبک رهبری تحولگرا و اخلاق حرفهای معلمان در مدارس مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان بروجرد را بهبود بخشد باید به فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی و ابعاد آن اهمیت دهد، زیرا فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی و ابعاد آنها از جمله عواملی هستند که بر سبک رهبری تحول گرا و اخلاق حرفهای معلمان تاثیر می‌گذارند.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the innovative organizational culture and its relationship with transformational leadership style and professional ethics of teachers of first secondary schools in Borujerd city. Based on the purpose of this research, it is an applied research type, and since it seeks to examine the relationships between research variables, in terms of method, it is a descriptive-correlation research type. The statistical population of this research includes all the teachers of the first secondary schools of Borujerd city, with the number of 700 teachers in 35 schools. In this research, 248 teachers were selected as a statistical sample based on the table of Morgan and Karjesi. Also, in the present research, in the first stage, a cluster-type probability sampling method was used, during which 32 schools were selected, and in the second stage, 248 teachers were selected from these schools using a simple random sampling method. In this research, three measurement tools were used, Dabney's Innovation Culture Questionnaire (2018), Bass and Auliou's Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (1997) and Petty's Professional Ethics Questionnaire (1995). The reliability coefficient of all three questionnaires was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In the data analysis, first, using descriptive statistics techniques, central and dispersion indicators such as frequencies, averages, standard deviations, and variances are described. And then, using inferential statistics techniques, Pearson's correlation coefficient test was used to investigate main hypotheses 1 and 2, and multiple regression analysis was used to investigate sub-hypotheses 1 to 6. The results showed that with a confidence of 0.95, there is a significant relationship between innovative organizational culture and transformational leadership style in the first secondary schools of Borujerd city. Also, with a confidence of 0.95, there is a significant relationship between innovative organizational culture and professional ethics of teachers in the first secondary
