In recent years, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has become a focal point for researchers, recognized as a significant concept within organizational behavior. Many scholars worldwide are conducting empirical studies in this area. This research examines the studies related to OCB over the past two decades, identifying trends and distinctive features. We reviewed 120 articles published in the last twenty years that include the term "organizational citizenship behavior" in their abstracts, presenting a chronological summary of these reviews. The aim of this research is to outline the trajectory of studies conducted in this field over the past two decades and to convey the perspectives of researchers, along with the experimental results of their work. While this research may not be exhaustive in covering all aspects of OCB, it provides valuable insights into the current state of research in this area.
