چکیده
پرخاشگری در میان کودکان و نوجوانان یک مشکل اجتماعی جدی است که در سال‌های اخیر به سرعت گسترش یافته است به طوری که ناکامی‌ها و تنش‌های مکرر می‌توانند باعث بروز واکنش‌های نامناسب مانند پرخاشگری شوند پرخاشگری رفتارهای فیزیکی و کلامی تخریب‌کننده اشیاء با آسیب رساندن به افرادی است که به دنبال فرار با اجتناب از آن هستند. این پژوهش با هدف تاثیر آموزش مهارت های مدیریت هیجان بر پرخاشگری دانش آموزان انجام یافته است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی به روش پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد. از میان جامعه آماری پژوهش که شامل کلیه دانش آموزان پایه ششم ابتدایی ناحیه 1 شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 می باشد، نمونه آماری متشکل از 30 دانش آموز با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده به صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آموزش مهارت های مدیریت هیجانی و یک گروه کنترل جای دهی شدند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه خشم و پرخاشگری کودکان نیلسون و همکاران (۲۰۰۰) و پروتکل مهارت های مدیریت هیجانات مبتنی بر مدل فرایند گراس می باشد. نتایج تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که مهارت های مدیریت هیجان به طورمعنی داری باعث کاهش پرخاشگری بدنی در دانش آموزان پسر پایۀ ششم ابتدایی می شود

چکیده English

Aggression among children and adolescents is a serious social problem that has rapidly spread in recent years, so that frequent frustrations and tensions can cause inappropriate reactions such as aggression. Aggression is physical and verbal behavior that destroys objects by harming people. They seek to escape by avoiding it. This research was conducted with the aim of the effect of teaching emotion management skills on students' aggression. The current research is a semi-experimental study using the pre-test-post-test method with a control group. Among the statistical population of the research, which includes all the students of the 6th grade of the 1st district of Karaj city in the academic year of 2023-2024, a statistical sample consisting of 30 students was randomly selected in a training group using available sampling method. Emotional management skills and a control group were included. The data collection tool is Nilson et al.'s children's anger and aggression questionnaire (2000) and emotion management skills protocol based on the Gross process model. The results of data analysis showed that emotion management skills significantly reduce physical aggression in sixth grade male students.
