چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با فرسودگی شغلی در مدیران و معاونان مدارس ابتدایی منطقه سه شهرستان کرج است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری آن عبارت است از مدیر و دو تن از معاونان تمام دبستانهای منطقه سه شهرستان کرج که عبارت بودند از 640 نفر. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 240 نفر برآورد شد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه 75 سوالی طرحواره های ناسازگار یونگ(1990)، پرسشنامه 22 سوالی فرسودگی شغلی مسلش و جکسون (1981) بود. به منظور تحلیل استنباطی داده ها از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره (مانوا) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با فرسودگی شغلی مدیران و معاونان مدارس شهرستان ایذه وجود داشت. همچنین همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه با مولفه های خستگی عاطفی، عملکرد شخصی (عدم موفقیت فردی) و مسخ شخصیت مدیران و معاونان مدارس شهرستان ایذه وجود داشت.

چکیده English

The aim of the current research is to investigate the relationship between initial inconsistent plans and careers in principals and assistants of elementary schools in three Karaj cities. This research was done with the descriptive method of correlation. Its statistical population consists of the principal and two vice-principals of all primary schools in the three districts of Karaj, which were 640 people. The sample size was calculated based on Morgan table of 240 people who were selected using random sampling method. The measurement tools included the 75-question questionnaire of Jung's incompatible schemas (1990), the 22-question questionnaire of job burnout by Moslesh and Jackson (1981). In order to analyze the inferences, the statistical methods of correlation multiplication, regression analysis and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used. The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the initial inconsistent plans and the occupation of principals and vice-chancellors of schools in Izeh city. Also, there was a positive and significant correlation between the initial incompatible schemas with emotional components, personal performance (individual lack of success) and the transformation of principals and deputy heads of schools in Izeh city.
