Values are the most fundamental element of the social system, and by guiding and controlling them, society can be led towards excellence. The aim of this research is to compare the value system of teachers and administrators of secondary schools in Gotvand County and its relationship with job adaptability and organizational agility. This research is an applied research type in terms of the research objective and a descriptive correlational research type in terms of the research method. The statistical population includes teachers and administrators of secondary schools in Gotvand County, 126 teachers and 19 administrators. In this research, three measurement tools were used: Walport's Value System Questionnaire (1999), Sharifi and Zhang's Organizational Agility (2000), and Davis and Lovequist's Job Adaptability (2009). Descriptive and inferential statistical techniques were used. The results showed that the main difference in the order of values is related to political value and social value, and other values in the value system of administrators and teachers have the same order. There is also a difference between the dimensions of the value system of managers and teachers in the second secondary school of Gotvand County. Finally, the findings of the study indicated that there is a relationship between the value system of managers and teachers in the second secondary school of Gotvand County with job compatibility and organizational agility. The results of this study indicate that if the Education Department of Gotvand County wants to improve job compatibility and organizational agility in the second secondary schools of Gotvand County, it should pay attention to the value system of managers and teachers and its components, as well as the congruence of the value system of managers with teachers.
