This research, titled "A Comparative Perspective on Strategic Planning Models with an Emphasis on Educational Organizations," examines various strategic planning models in the context of educational organizations. Strategic planning is a fundamental management tool that plays a decisive role in organizational success. This process involves analyzing internal and external environments, setting long-term goals, formulating strategies, and implementing operational actions. In this study, the most prominent strategic planning models, including SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, Porter’s model, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and the Value Chain model, are explored. Each of these models has unique features, advantages, and limitations, which are elaborated in this research. Additionally, the application of these models in educational organizations and their impact on improving performance and achieving long-term objectives are analyzed. The findings of this study can assist educational managers and planners in selecting the most suitable model to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
